The Absolutely Nothing - Trojan Horse Bill

In the concern that of our Freedom can so easily and quickly be taken from us and We, the American Citizens and Voters of these United States are outraged as to the occurrence of what happened with the 2006 Safe Ports Bill.

This petition is to organize and legalize This "Absolutely Nothing - Trojan Horse Bill." The full purpose of this Bill is to not again allow the American Citizens to be violated as it was with the "Safe Ports / Anti-online Gaming Bill as did occur in September, 2006.

My signing of this petition is not a declaration of my being for or against the Anti-online gaming bill; it is simply a statement that myself, along with my signing fellow Americans, of the Democratic, Republican and Third Party Supporters do not want to feel violated by the United States of America Government again.

In the interest of Keeping America Free, we the American voters, look forward to the "Absolutely Nothing -Trojan Horse Bill" becoming Law.


The Absolutely Nothing - Trojan Horse Bill

1:) Any and all attached Baby bill(s) must have satisfactory connections with the original Mother bill, it is to be attached to.

2:) All voting parties must have knowledge that an additional Baby bill has been attached to a Mother bill.

3:) Any Baby bill that is introduced in the "last Minute" can be stopped and not added to the Mother bill; if at least 1/3 of the voting party agrees it is to be halted for the purpose of debating or for reason of it violating this by not having "satisfactory connections with the original Mother bill."

4:) The party(ies) wanting to introduce and attach a Baby bill, must show it is related to the Mother Bill and win at least 1 half of the votes stating that is is related to it's potential Mother bill before the Baby bill can be added on to a Mother bill.

5:) No "Free Riding" or "Trojan Horse" bill can be "last minute" added to a Mother bill without first going through rules 1 through 4 of this bill.

6:) EXCEPTIONS: Baby bills which has an Immediate Danger, life and death situation(s) are excluded and can become an attached to a Mother bill without going through rules 1 through 5.

7:) Minimum of one quarter Democrats and one quarter Republicans must vote and agree that a Baby bill is excluded from this "Absolutely Nothing - Trojan Horse" Bill thereby the Baby bill is immediately attached to a Mother bill.

8.) If a Baby bill can not "satisfactorily" be attached to a Mother bill it must pass by standing on it's on merits, as did the Mother bill.
