Affirmative actions against Mr. Sinha Shekhar

Dear Sir/Mdm,

Ref: Mr Sinha Shekhar

We, the concerned Singapore netizens, are appalled by the remarks made by Mr. Sinha Shekhar on 16 June 2010 on the REACH website. He is currently working for Thye Hua Kwan Ang Mo Kio Community Hospital.

Here are our allegations:

1) That he allegedly made defamatory, insulting and offensive remarks and call his critics "dogs". By comparing his critics with dogs when he said if the dogs bark at you just ignore them (paraphrased).

2) That he blatantly admitted he broke the law by renting out his HDB flat within 5 years of purchasing it.

We hereby demand that the HDB conduct a full investigation failing which this petition will reach the Prime Minister's Office.

We also hereby demand that his employer, the Thye Hua Kwan Ang Mo Kio Community Hospital remove him immediately from his office base on his insensitive, defamatory remarks made about netizens and the alleged law that he broke.

Finally, we demand that the Young People's Action Party (YPAP) take necessary actions against this member for sowing and causing social discord amongst Singaporeans; which is against the values and moral of the YPAP.
