Allowance of Importing Wine and Spirits State to State

We the people of these United States hereby initiate this petition against the Federal and State Governments based on the laws against the shipping in of wines and spirits from State to State. Based on the laws every state can regulate how, if and how much Wine and spirits can be shipped from one state to an individual consumer in other states and in some cases within their own state. This petition is designed to show government that our civil liberties will not be infringed upon. Prohibition was repealed and therefore we should be allowed to import wines and spirits from ANY state within the United States. We ask you to carefully look at these laws and make the right decision for the people of these 50 wonderful states who put you in these powerful positions.
