Allowing of students in South Africa to change their hair colour and style.

Reason for petition:
This petition is to change the two school rules prohibiting (in South African schools) students from changing the following:
1. Their hair colour and
2. Their hairstyle

This petition requests that anyone who opposes the draconian rule, prohibiting freedom of choice of hairstyles and colours in South African schools by governing bodies.
