In August of this year, Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman's lives- were cut short. By someone who's evilness knows no bounds.
In memory of Holly Wells, Jess Chapman, Milly Dowler, Sarah Payne, James Bulger- and all the other innocent children who died at the hands of monsters- lets stop this happening again!
In the USA they have adopted the "Amber Alert System" which notify's EVERYONE in the country via, radio, t.v alert, text message, and using neon dot matrix signs that a child has gone missing...This can be activated within minutes of a child being reported missing.....In the USA the amount of children killed by their abductors has significantly decreased as a result of this system.
It is currently being trialled in several countys in the UK- But we need the system everywhere, before another innocent life is snatched.
By signing this petition you are telling our "government" to protect our children and not the USA....
