We your obedient children call upon you in our church's hour of need to heal the rift that has recently developed within our beloved church before it leads to its division.
In order to resolve this impasse we call upon you to reserve any decisions reached in the current Synod which may have been caused by internal and/or external political pressures.
We then beseech you to hold an emergency Synod as soon as possible and rely on the commandments of Jesus Christ in passing any fair and final judgment on not only Mar Bawai but all the Bishops within the Assyrian Church of the East.
