Currently, iTunes Canada has less than 20 Japanese anime shows available for purchasing via downloadable format. There are hundreds of excellent anime titles that are licensed in Canada, but licensors have yet to offer them for purchase through downloadable files.
Apple, being the leading company for downloadable video content purchases, would be a secure market for anime licensors.
All the signatures below represent people who would like to see more licensors, such as FUNimation, Nozomi Entertainment (Right Stuf International), and The Walt Disney Company (Studio Ghibli) offer their anime titles for purchase through iTunes Canada.
