Better Quality of Service for Tennessee Tech Residential Network

The undersigned, which are residents of Tennessee Tech Universitys various resident accommodations on campus, hereby request better quality of service from Tennessee Tech Residential Network (Resnet). We, the undersigned, have found that Resnets current quality of service makes doing various required online assignments (ilearn, OWL, etc.) nearly impossible and improbable. Additionally, we agree that Resnets current quality of service makes recreational activities on the Internet nearly impossible and improbable as well.
Thusly we, the undersigned, hereby formally request that Tennessee Tech University noticeably increase Resnets quality of service so that it meets the following specifications:
1. Little to no down time.
2. Little to no times of limited connectivity.
3. Stable download and upload rates.
4. Download and upload rates that are at least similar to surrounding universities and Internet service providers.
If the aforementioned cannot be resolved in a favorable outcome to the undersigned in a timely manner, the undersigned wish to receive a full refund of any funds of fees paid that went to the funding of the Tennessee Tech Residential Network.
