Bid to change Moroccan laws on cyber crimes

To the Moroccan Government:



Hi My name is Sara. I am an avid internet user. Since October 2005, I have been cyberstalked, cyberharrassed, and numberous cyber death threats by a citizen of YOUR country. I have blocked the man, changed email addresses numerous times,but he always comes back. I have talked to the police, yahoo,msn and anyone who would listen. I have had my accounts stolen, and yet, when I go to the police I hear "sorry, we wish we could help you, but since Morocco has no cyber crime laws, there isn't anything we can do". So I am asking you as a mother, as a wife, as a sister, as a friend to PLEASE review your laws and put in place laws to protect the victims, whether it be women, men or children. If it happened to your wife, your sister, your mother, your friend, would you not want action taken and the person be held responsible for his or her actions? I thank you for your time.
