BONA FIDE CMKX SHAREHOLDERS DEMAND ACTION

PETITION TO PRESIDENT OBAMA

Dear Mr. President,

Please note the following shareholders of the Nevada/Texas corporation known as Casavant Mining (old trading symbol CMKX - now private) are in support of the government taking swift and forceful action to punish criminal naked short sellers on Wall Street who have devastated our company, and follow through on the promises of government agent Robert Maheu, to maximize the return for the shareholders.

Our company is one of thousands who have been devastated by naked short selling, an fraudulent trading practice amounting to electronic counterfeiting, in a criminal effort to gain unjust enrichment and ultimately, kill the target company so that the counterfeiters will never have to cover their illegal uncovered short position.

As we feel that the company personnel and the regulatory agencies have been compromised by Wall Street criminals and no longer represent the best interest of the shareholders, we ask you that all responsive communications be sent directly to each of the shareholders who signed this petition. We have provided a list of shareholders below and their individual email addresses for your convenience.

**Note** Please do not include the following list of shareholders as being represented by the current management of CMKX, those people who have already written to you, for we have excellent reasons to believe that they have been compromised and no longer represent the shareholders best interests.
