The most popular comic strip of today Pearls Before Swine has made us all chuckle, laugh, and out right make our sides split every day. I open up my paper and even when Im going through hard times, good times, or when my personal Dooms Day clock is about to go off, I always know I will get a good laugh and feel better when I read your strip.
Stephan Pastis you didnt need to make the art into the most detailed pieces in the world, because you kept with the funny, and you have characters with great personalities. Thats why people love your comic so much.
Your characters have simple names, but they are deep in personality and character. Which leads me to this petition...
I and the undersigned feel that a character that made a cameo in the past, deserves a main character spot with Rat, Pig, Zebra, and Goat. One who we all thought fits perfectly with the cast. This character is Toby the Agoraphobic Turtle. We all enjoyed this character when he made his appearance, but were so disappointed when he left. We feel you can expand on Toby in a number of ways. (And maybe even help him overcome his fear of public places) We are requesting, just like how it happened with Zebra, can you bring this character to the cast of the best comic ever. Thank you for everything Stephan Pastis and please let Toby the Turtle be the 5th installment of a great cast in your comic Pearls Before Swine.
