Hello,
This petition is directed to all anime fans. Particularly people who enjoy Geneon's animation. I have heard numerous posts on the internet, including one on Anime New Network which states that Geneon has given up distributing anime, and Geneon USA's parent company, the Japanese advertising firm Dentsu Inc., said that "from October 1, 2007, Geneon USA will focus mainly on management of its works portfolio."
Please to all anime fans out there who want Geneon to get back in the game of anime, and bring back such titles as The Story of Saiunkoku, Kyou Kara Maou, When They Cry, and many other titles they left unfinished. Please sign this petition. However if you are not a fan of Geneon or the job they do with dubbing but, would still like the titles that Geneon created to be continued, then sign this petition to show your desire to have them back and have another animation studio continue the dubbing process. I would highly recommend Funimation, ADV Films or Viz Media. If you have any other animation studios that you would like to take over the animes, post it in your signature.
