Bring PaRappa The Rapper PSP To America

Back in Tokyo Game Show 2006, we PaRappa fans were pleased to hear that a remake of the first game was being ported to PSP. Although it is just a remake with bonus features, we at America want it released in the States.

But one of the problems is the "no port" policy, which kept us from getting the remakes of Capcom's Mega Man Legends games. games ported from PS1 to PSP are ditched in Japan, whereas game compilations like Capcom Classics Collection and Namco Museum Battle Collection make it here to our shores.

I know it is close to launch of the PS3, and PaRappa The Rapper can be downloaded to the PSP from there. But stop and think. Think of the PaRappa fans who won't be able to afford the PS3 the first time it is out. Will you tell them "It's either PS3 or no way at all?"

We the undersigned cannot afford the PS3 come launch and think that this combined with the "no port" plocy makes it very unfair. Plus, it won't help get the PaRappa The Rapper anime to the United States. How will we introduce the new generation to the rapping pup when we need to buy a PS3 just to do that?

This petiton is a demand to ditch the policy, which is becoming a annoyance to us US players, and/or release PaRappa The Rapper PSP version to the States.
