Following his conviction for assaulting 4 other MPs, and in view of previous issues such as his previous conviction for drunk driving, his excessive expenses claims, the alleged failure to pay capital gains tax and his alleged affair with a school girl, it is clear than Eric Joyce is not fit to represent the people of Falkirk in government. We demand that Eric Joyce resigns and steps down as Falkirk's MP immediately.
