Cardiff Central against the VAT rise

Not only is Wales suffering with savage cuts we have also had unfair tax rises. VAT is one of the most regressive taxes, hitting people on poorer incomes harder than anyone else. It is also a tax that affects pensioners. As well as affecting people's pockets, the VAT rise is also affecting the NHS budget in Wales.
