Censoring Option In Video Games

The community in video games has grown in great strides, and the more people can do in a game, the better.

This is a petition to ask game designers who make games like SAINT'S ROW, GTA, PREY, and the like, to add a language censor option that could be turned off and on in an options menu, and could be used in a game system's parental control features. The way it would happen would be to replace the offensive language with a beep, tone, or cut out the word altogether.

This is to help with families with children in their house to not hear the words that parents would disagree with being in a video game. The subtitles may also be censored to seal out the learning of the spelling of the words. It also may add entertainment to adults, who may enjoy hearing the beeped out words, as opposed to hearing the word and being desensitized to them.
