Change the law to class Crossbow's the same as Gun's.

Due to recent activity reguarding a cat being shot in the face with a crosbow bolt. We would like the law to be changed so that crossbows can not be freely bought and sold. That people and organisations should have licencing to carry such weapons. Crossbow's are deadly weapons with very little control or law governing them or their use.
As some of you may have seen on the news Spike the cat was shot in the face with a crossbow bolt on Tuesday 7th of June, in the Sutton, St Helens area. This horrific act could have happened to a child, nevermnd a cat.
Please help us get the law changed so this doesn't happen in the future, so that no person or animal in harmed in this way again.
