My name is Lonnie Ray O'Neal. I am currently incrcerated at Dermott, AR., serving time concurrently with TX. time. I am going before the Parole Board in AR. on Oct. 31 to be released from AR. I am applying for the time I will have left in TX., about 8 mos. to try to get clemency for it, so that I can go home a free man. I have been a Class I inmate almost my entire time & have a "good" record. I would appreciate you signing this petition to try to help me get clemency for my time in TX. that will be left over after my time is completed in AR. By signing this petition, you will be asking TX. to grant me clemency for the few months that I would have to do in a TX. prison.
