College Suites Residents Deserve Better

Have you every felt that Mrs. Beth Hansen, the property manager at College Suites, has been rude or abrasive to you?

Many residents & employees, past & present, feel that she is in a position that being genuinely kind and maintaining a customer service character is something required, and should explicitly be exemplified.

We are asking that if you have ever felt that she has crossed you in manner in anything less than reasonably acceptable than that of a property manager's duty to endure customer service, that you sign our petition simply stating that her conduct is:

Therefore, all that sign this agreement of petition against her commonly rude, short, and over zealous authoritative approach to patrons and employees at College Suites. For too long, she has made people mad for simple reasons, and generally made the public of residents at College Suites dissatisfied with their management company as a whole. Her inability to maintain composure in common situations that compromise typical conversation standards due to anger and discontent of residents is only amplified with the rebuttals that insult people and make them feel inadequate or stupid.
