WHEREAS The votes won by Ralph Nader in the 2000 federal election directly cost Vice-President Gore 29 electoral votes in Florida and New Hampshire, and thus the election;
WHEREAS a George Bush presidency has proven to be a direct threat to America's economy, environment, homeland security and Constitutional freedoms;
AND
WHEREAS a Nader candidacy in 2004 threatens to award Mr. Bush a second unearned presidency;
We the undersigned, of many nations, ask Mr. Nader to discontinue his campaign for the Presidency of the United States of America in the 2004 federal election.
