Subject: Corruption and cruel treatment with Valerie Taylor & C.R.P.
Sir,
We are requesting for your kind attention to the injustice and corruption being done with C.R.P. and its founder.
A lady named Valerie Taylor dedicated precious 36 years of her life for the poor people of Bangladesh.
Today C.R.P is a huge organization, sitting on 14 acres of land which Valerie Taylor started from the scratch in 1979 in order to help the helpless handicap, paralyzed Bangladeshis. She did not hesitate to beg from door to door for raising money to provide low cost treatment and comfort to these sufferers. She demanded nothing in return for all these hard work and is content with only 7,500 BTK per month even these days.
We, Bangladeshis are ashamed and outraged by the recent inhuman, cruel and unethical treatment offered to Valerie Taylor, to her family and to her beloved C.R.P.
Few years back Mr.Shafi Sami turned this low cost center into a nightmare.
As Mr.Sami was paid more 250 thousand BDT per month, turned this charitable organization into a money making clinic.
The worst of all, all kind of administrative power and control is ceased from Valerie Taylor, who is the mother of C.R.P. Today highly paid four directors are questing Valeries credibility, the lady who has created todays C.R.P. from an abandoned room. Nothing in the world seems good enough to show gratitude to this Lady with lamp in Bangladesh; by treating her with respect we can only honor our nation.
Sir, we appreciate your war against corruption and determination of being impartial by any means. Today we are requesting your expeditious intervention in this issue. For the sake of poor people of Bangladesh we demand removal of current chairman of the trusty board of C.R.P., giving Valerie Taylor her authority back and turning C.R.P into a nonprofit able organization again.
We will work diligently to bring this issue to international light until Valerie Taylor and C.R.P. are fairly treated, until justice is being served.
