Council and Government forms for completion are not only confusing and also for disabled people they are inaudible, but there should be a dedicated Help desk Team to assist the ordinary lay person. I am not the only one who is being sued by the Council and Government Department about this issue. I am being accused of fraud! This really needs to be taken more seriously.
