We stand firm on our conviction that it is time for our leaders, both in government and in business, to set aside political differences, vested interests, and the negatively raw cravings of greed. Now is the time for us to take a step forward in closing ranks with each other.

In this day and age of global warming, spiraling costs of fuel, and shortage of food products, we are in search of and willing to hear proposed solutions.

Daniel Dingel, a Filipino Inventor, for thirty years now has been claiming that he has discovered technology to efficiently extract, on demand, hydrogen gas from ordinarily available water sources. This hydrogen gas, he reports, is what powers a working vehicle in his use and possession.

To our scientists: we ask for an open mind. It was in the name of science that many before you died searching for the truth; it was in the name of discovery that we all find ourselves today with technological convenience. Allow Daniel Dingel his day before the courts of science courts that are bereft of bias or hatred. Let him stake his claim, and let science check it without compromising his ownership of the idea.

To our governments: rise and serve your peoples whose general welfare you have sworn to uphold and protect. Set aside politics, conspiracies, and envy. To the Philippine Government, afford Daniel Dingel your listening ear and open mind. Extend all assistance necessary to prove or disprove his invention once and for all, so that humankind may benefit if it shall be the case.
