This is regarding Reliance India's "Dhirubai Ambani Pioneer Offer"(DAPO) offer.

During the launch of the above mentioned scheme Reliance Infocomm had advertised a pulse of 15 seconds. The users of this offer would be billed at the rate of 10 paise / 15 seconds i.e. 10 paise / pulse to any phone regardless of whether it is a landline/WLL/GSM mobile or other CDMA phones.

But after a few months of the launch Reliance changed this to the following:
Pulse: 1 min = 60 seconds
Rate : Rs.1.20 / pulse

and the users are differentially billed i.e. the calls made to different providers are discriminated and hence a much higher price is to be paid per pulse to GSM/Landlines/other WLL phones.

This petition is to urge Reliance to change its rate & pulse back to the promised one for the Dhirubai Ambani Pioneer Offer i.e.

Pulse: 15 seconds
Rate : 10 paise / pulse

to any phone as promised in the advertisements.

Also to reprocess the billing statements of all DAPO users and present us with the revised bills as per the above rate(which was originally promised by Reliance Infocomm).
