We believe that it is important to promote diversity in certain fields where it is needed. Therefore, we petition that grammar schools and high schools have programs aimed at the minority to promote needed diversity in various working fields. We believe this is important because promoting diversity while students still have time to form unbiased opinions is the best time to reach out to them.
