This here is a petetion which we will use in the affairs of North Carolina for the legeslators' to give us our right.

This is a petetion to end the prohibition of Marijuana in the State of North Carolina.

To the extent that we can grow up to 199 plants per household and it will not be considered a criminal offense felony or misdemeanor.

To the posession of any amount of marijuana not being a criminal offense in any form or any amount.

As to the consumption of marijuana while drving to be a criminal offense with equal or lesser penalties than driving while under the influence of alcohol.

To the legalization for despenseries and farm land uses being enabled to grow commercial crops of marijuana having no limit on amount or yield.
