WKSE-FM Buffalo, Kiss 98.5 aired a segment on Wednesday, January 27th 2010 regarding Scott Moore, The Second Pregnant Man. The hosts, Janet Snyder and Nicholas Picholas made derogatory, insulting comments about Transgender individuals, and specifically about Scott Moore.
It is not acceptable for a media personality to make disparaging comments about any minority, and as such we formally request an on-air apology and retraction from the hosts. These statements are especially hateful since Entercom has already faced one consumer and advertiser pull-out surrounding the statements of Arnie States on KRXQ Sacramento, advocating violence against transgender children. Until such time as the station complies with this request, and Entercom establishes an corporation wide anti-defamation policy, we are requesting the below sponsors withdraw their advertising dollars from Entercom Communications.
