We as members of the computer gaming public, request the timely development of the computer game design known as Eternity as summarised at http://eternity-project.blogspot.com/ and detailed at http://www.projecteternity.net/.
We require that the game design be not significantly altered and that production of the game must be completed under consultancy with the original computer game design author, William Cass, under a fairly negotiated contract which may or may not involve monetary reimbursement towards the computer game design author. This is to assure unwarranted changes are not made to the computer game design or the final product and to assist with any implementation issues which may arise during production.
We acknowledge that this will result in a computer game we would like to play.
