F1: Save Michelin teams and Championship

We all know what happened on the 19th of July, at the US Grand Prix. Because of what happened, Ferrari have taken 18 points, followed by Jordan and Minardi.
We, the fans, did not get a race, because of serious safety concerns with the Michelin tyres, followed by a non-agreement between the teams, the FIA and Ferrari.
The 7 Michelin teams simply decided NOT to race, which has maybe saved lives of the public and/or the live of a F1-star.

Because of all this, Ferrari got back with 18 points, Schumacher with 10 points and Barrichello with 8 points to put them back into the race for the championship (which is a positive thing in a way).

As things are looking now, we will have a very exciting championship in front of us BUT the FIA wants to PUNISH the Michelin teams by (maybe) EXTRACTING POINTS from the Michelin teams and (maybe) let the teams pay high amounts of money to the public, just because they decided safety comes first.
This petition is about 2 things:

1) First of all, the most important thing of all: Prevent that the championship will be ruined by the FIA, by extracting points from the Michelin teams. They already had their disadvantage because Ferrari has won 18 points.

2) Also important, for the teams themselves: Prevent that it ARE the teams who have to pay all the tickets back to the spectators.

IMPORTANT for those fans who were there: We do NOT want to prevent that you get a refund. What we DO want, is that the rich FIA or the more richer Bernie Ecclestone refunds your money. Why? They are the ones to blame for the fact there was no race, because there were SOLUTIONS, which could have resulted in a race (in which the Michelin teams would get 0 points but it WOULD be A RACE), but these proposes were always rejected by the FIA.

When you sign this petition, we can show to the FIA how much Formula1 fans back the teams and the F1 Championship as it stands now.

A ruined race can not mean a ruined F1 Championship !!!
