Fairness to Dragon Raja Malaysia

Dear Dragon Raja/ Terra ICT management,

We the players of Dragon Raja hereby formally submit a request and a notice to your esteemed organisation.

The objective of this notice is to obtain solutions to several problems and issues which has bugged DR since it went p2p in July 2003. It has almost been a year, and yet many of this problem persist if not worsen.

The issues which we want it to be resolved (not addressed, but a solution provided which is effective in solving that problem) are:

1. Stopping and preventing the hacks.
This can be duplicate, speedhacks, item hacks, whatever that is deemed no part of the ingame process.

2. Lag and DC
We hope u will consider our request to relocate MY server "overseas" if local IDC are "unable" to meet your requirement

3. Bugs and crashes

We understand that MY gm are working very hard to resolve the issues for the players of DR. However very much of their efforts are dependent on Korea Esoftnet for the solutions. Unitl esoftnet provides such solutions, the local MY gm are helpless in this matter.

Hence we formally request that the Management of DR make a formal request and "persuade" Esoftnet to speedily solve the issues.

The timeline we provide is 1 months, starting July 2004 till end July 2004. Failure to provide solutions to item 1 to 3, we will stop p2p for DR and boycott dr and all of egames products.

If at the end of second month with no solution in sight, either:
1. Stop charging for the game till the issues resolved
2. Close down MY DR server until issues resolved
3. Fix the damn problem and hacks


So management of DR, pls do all you can and provide a solution to MY DR players. We had enough of the problem and its time u guys put a foot down to this rubbish of relying and being at Esoftnet's mercy.
