father needs bone marrow transplant, U.S not letting siblings come and donate

my father has been diagnosed with myelo fibrosis, a disease in which, his bone marrow is becoming nothing but scar tissue, in the past 2 weeks he has been admitted to the hospital,and had at least 9 pints of blood given to him because he bone marrow isnt making him what he needs to survive. the only cure is a bone marrow transplant, if not he doesnt have much longer to live, and i am the oldest of five children, the youngest only 3 months old. my father has 2 brothers and 1 sister living in iraq, and they need to come here to test their bone marrow to see if they are a match, however homeland security is refusing to let them come and test. they keep giving us the run around and telling us to have them test in jordan, giving us several hospitals that they associate with, however none of them do bone marrow testing. my fathers doctor says he has to have his siblings here in order for him to conduct the proper tests. we have given homeland security all my dads tests and letters from the doctors to prove he has the disease, but it seems they don't care. my father is dying and they arent doing anything to help him, he is an american citizen, an attorney as a matter of fact, and they are acting as if it is nothing serious. please help i want everyone to hear this story my father means everything to me, my whole family, maybe after this story is out, they may change thier minds this petition could save my fathers life, it may open up their minds and allow my aunt and uncles to come please help
