We, the citizens of Canada and residents of Duncan, B.C., demand the immediate termination of the fluoridation process in our city's public drinking water. Fluoride is a poison that should not be imposed upon the masses, without an individual's right to consent, through the public drinking water system. Not only does mass water fluoridation impose serious ethical issues it may also cause serious health problems, is not effective enough to justify the costs, has a dosage that cannot be precisely controlled and is clearly a form of compulsory mass medication. We demand the right to safe drinking water in our community, free of imposed medication or poison.
