Parental Abduction would apply to any parent (or guardian) who prevents the other parent (or guardian) from:
1. Custody - not more than 4 weeks per month.
2. Visitation - not more than 2 week per month.
3. Communication - not more than 1 week per month.
This order applies to their legal child(ren) for a period of more than 1 day per week. This would apply to any married or single person who does not have a custody or visitation order and where no charges of domestic violence are pending or already found guilty of.
This order will help prevent the custodial parent from parental abduction and parental alienation. If the custodial parent fails to comply with this order they would be subject to the surrender of custody to the non-custodial parent until a custody and visitation order is in place.
