Freedom & no more laws against smokers in Austria

call upon Niki Lauda (Niki-air) and you for help!
Almost 40\% of the European population are smokers!
The EU however, tries to limit smokers' rights more and more, and
exploits them financially! The inevitable negative consequences thereof are
completely ignored by the EU!

We demand:
Re-installing of smoker seats/cabins on airplanes!
Smokers pay nothing less than other passengers, so they may claim a
complete and individual service!
No further raises of taxes that only hit the smokers!
The EU wants an even higher minimal tax on all tobacco products, which
will dramatically increase the prices in all member states! This will
cause smuggling, the turnover will drop, which will endanger the
existence of tobacco outlets.
No further smoking bans in public places, such as in the hospitality
industry!
The market is self-regulating. We see legislation in this case as a
violation of personal freedom and freedom of enterprise!
Especially in the hospitality industry, a smoking ban will inevitably
lead to loss of jobs and closing of businesses!
No further bans on advertising and sponsoring!
This ban will lead to even more closing of businesses and loss of even
more jobs!
Most recent example: The Austrian Grand Prix on the A1-Ring had to be
discontinued.
An immediate end to all attempts to criminalise, as well as an end to
discrimination of smokers by politics, media and EU!
We don't want any EU ban on relish, smoking is a way to enjoy
ourselves!
