Full Disclosure in Kennedy Assassination
We the undersigned demand Full Disclosure of all evidence/testimony/documents/reports in the possession of ALL Federal/State/County/City authorities relating to the Assassination of President
John F. Kennedy.
We make these demands based on Executive Order #11130 signed by President Lyndon B. Johnson Friday November 29, 1963.
We also demand that all parties (Government/Media) participating in the cover-up of the conspiracy, which took the life of President Kennedy, be Prosecuted for the Felony for which it is.
We also demand that ALL Congresspersons/Senators receiving this Petition Publicly declare their Concurrence OR, Opposition of the Demands herein.
We also demand that any NEW Commission formed to evaluate this information be comprised of Private Citizens of OUR CHOOSING. (With Subpoena Power)
We Respectfully remind all Public Servants that WE are the Employers and, YOU are the Employees.
We make these demands for the following reasons;
1. As a Nation of Laws, we believe in the Criminal Justice System: as it existed prior to The Warren Commission/HSCA Cover-Ups.
2. As Americans, we believe in the Constitution of the United States. Specifically, the Justice, which that Constitution Guarantees us.
3. We will No Longer accept our elected Government officials being Influenced by Special Interest Groups over the wishes of their Constituencies.
4. These demands would also Insure the Safety of our Current & Future Public Servants.
5. MOST Importantly it would Reinstate the Respect & Belief in our Public Leaders AND Law enforcement which they once EARNED.
6. We find it Deplorable the lack of Belief/Respect of the Majority of our Elected Officials & Law Enforcement Officers due to Protecting the FEW who are Guilty.
