Fundraising Problems

For Media Studies a subject at school our class are planning different ways in which we can raise money for equipment that will be used within North Bundaberg State High School. At this time we (grade 10 media students)are protesting the fact in which North High don't have media courses for grade 11 and 12's. We understand that resources are required for any future senior syllabus implimentation.





We intend to raise funds towards purchase of these resources, however we understand that the school commitee will only allow fundraising projects for one particular subject or project per year. We believe that considering the 'public pocket' to be limited is short-sighted and defeating, as we consider the target of our fundraising to be alternate.

believe that there should be a senior media course of study and that any group of students should be able to fund-raise towards their subject interests.
