Get the Batman characters off limits for "Justice League Unlimited"

To Whom It May Concern,
It has come to my realization that all Batman characters with the exception of Batman himself for "Justice League Unlimited" because of the new "The Batman" show. Which I personally think is stupid. Bruce Timm and his crew have used these characters for years and should be free to use them whenever they feel like it. Many fans love Mark Hamill's rendition of the Joker, many fans want a Ra's Al Ghul story for "Justice League Unlimited" many people want Batgirl, Robin and Nightwing to appear after a long absence. But because of the new "The Batman" show these characters are off-limits which is pointless because if Batman himself is on "Justice League Unlimited" there's no reason why anyone from his universe shouldn't appear because of a brand new show. (And for the record, I personally don't like "The Batman" its an insult, but I'm not going to get into that) We the undersigned are anxious these characters and would like to in the near future.
