The Child Lost the Mother on March 04 ,2009 Due to Cardiac Arrest Caused by DVT and Long ILD Disease in Lungs for which Husband tried to give the best treatment. The Husband Was Not Informed About Her Death and Was Burried Without the Permission and Information to Husband. Just Got Married on August 2007 and After that Lived Happily Always But Suddenly after Her Death Issues were Fabricated Like Husband Is Drunkard and He Tortured Her. And the Elder Lawyer Sister of Dead Wife Suggested Her to Make Wrong Statements Before Death so that She can Let Son and His Property Come To Paternal home not to Father.But Father is Innocent of all and Is a Good Muslim and Needs Son as soon as Possible as he do not want "Son: Without Father as He Lost Mother Already" But Tactics are Created to Make the Issue. Let Case reach to Supreme court of India but Let Son meet Father forever. Keeping somebodies son without allowing his father to take him and taking all rights of Father is Physcollogical Torture.
