give tennants backs their rights

this is a petition do away with the like of transglobe, starlight, and other such slumlords and give tennants back some dignity. changes are needed because people like the drimmers are getting rich on the backs of renters, by not providing what is being charged for. why should renters pay for things they are not recieving. landlords have been aloud to become slumlords due to changes by the current government.
