This petition was started due to another petition that is currently being circulated among the people in this gaming family. The afore petition was produced by fellow players that feel they are the only voice of all the players.
The situation here seems to be this.........The Casino Manager and The Administrator of the New Forum. This has been a long running issue that some people just can't seem to let go of. My feelings on this is that we all know how SOME people view the Casino Manager and have been abundantly clear of their dislike of the Manager and The PitBosses. As to the situation of The Administrator of the New Forum my question would be.................which one?
Many of us have been helped by the Casino Manager and she has always tried to get the problems taken care of and seems to be on-line all the time. She spends all day helping on the 1st of a month when some of us don't have our free slot game. And then turns around and stays alot of the night. She is ALWAYS on call and does the best she can. She takes more abuse than anyone else in this game and dosn't deserve it.
I am asking for your help in letting her and the others at PhantomEFX know we appreaciate her. And, to let the the starters of the afore mentioned petition know where we stand.
We appreaciate PhantomEFX and The Casino Manager......including the Forum Administrators and PitBosses for all they do. Lets ALL show our support

I love Phantom and all thier products. I have had many , many emails answered by Linda and she is my life saver., I dont visit the forums often but I have never had any problems.

I for one think the management and the pbs do all that they can do to help us. anyone that says any different are wrong. even if ur not seeing immediate results with ur problem know that the pbs and the management are doing all they can do to take care of
