Habitual Offender Laws

We are tring to over turn this law that puts away small time offenders for Life. My uncle James Walter Creel is only one of a few that has been incarcarated for LIFE for leaving a public court house they charged him with escape. The procecutor went back 21 years to when James was eighteen to charge him as a Hibitual and take his Life not only from himself but mainly from his children. The kids are all grown now with kids of there own. This man has set in prison now in MS for 11 years. The Governor has given us an oppertunity to put toghther as many sinatures and letters as posible in James Walter Creel 111 case to help in the governors deciesion on clemency for James. Please Help this non violent man spend what little Life he has left with his childen and his grand children. God lets change this terrible law, it's so unfair to go 21 years back in a mans Life to say he deserves no future. Thank you all. Carl Coglaiti
