We (the people that have signed this petition) have concerns for our health and childrens health, the smell that enters our villages Rhymney, Merthyr And Fochriw is unbearable we cannot sit in our back gardens due to the nasty waste smell even our children are complaining we have addressed this issue many of times to be ignored by you. Our children should not have to smell this when they are out playing neither should we when we are sat in our own homes.
