This petition is for certain employee unions that deal with emergency services, to require these groups to employ or contract a person with at least a Associate degree in Human Resources, knowing the current local ordinances and OSHA. This third party allows both sides to understand employee issues, including hiring.
This allows such employee unions understanding of legal processes, safety standards, correct compensations, retirement, hours, and possible benefits for the Unions.
