Hoffamatta Eels

The Parramatta Eels have been a great and succesful team in the Rugby League world, but its time for them to take the next step. It's time for the eels to take on the world and to make their name known and what better way then to change their name to the "Hoffamatta Eels" in honour of David Hasselhoff. The most famous human on earth and no doubt with a name like Hoffamatta, Hoffamatta will Matta!

Denis Fitzgerald would love the idea and the name Hoffamatta very marketable. The Eels will not just see a change in their name but in other areas!

* Cheergirls to be replaced by life guards
* A talking car as the ground announcer
* Instead of the "Parra Chant" it will now be the "Hoff Chant"
* Sparky will wear wear board shorts and have one of those red floats from baywatch
* Parramatta Stadium will be re-named "The Baywatch"
* The field will be coverd in sand ala Suncorp Stadium
* Beach balls will be allowed in the crowd

these are just some changes that can be made and many more will follow
