Should there be housing for people who cant get a job do to skill weaknesses or personal mental weaknesses such as being anti social and poor in math etc. Should people that are at risk of being or who are homeless be able to be off the streets and be able to lead a normal life. Maybe have some kind of special work they can do supervised or something if they cant go to college etc.
