This petition is initiated in order to demand criminal prosecution of one Michael Schiavo for currently attempted murder of his wife Terri via starvation based on illegal hearsay.
In the United States, if a person signs legal documents while suffering from any form of mental illness, those said documents are null and void, not standing up in a court of law.
Petitioner does hereby submit that Terri Schindler-Schiavo was proven in court in a malpractice suit to have been suffering from bulimia. Bulimia is considered a mental illness, therefore any statement made by Terri Schindler-Schiavo in regards to wishes concerning legalities of her life, be they financial or medical, is considered null and void under the laws of our land in the United States.
Signers of this petition do so in support of immediate relief and re-insertion of Terri Schindler Schiavo's feeding tube, and prosecution for the presently attempted murder of Terri Schindler Schiavo at the demand of her legally documented husband Michael Schiavo.
