We the undersigned petition the Congress and President of the United States to impeach Supreme Court Justice Stevens, O'conner, Souter, Bader, Ginsburg, and Breyer for failing to uphold the duty of their office due to their bad behaviour, as stated in Article III:
"Section 1. The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour, and shall, at stated times, receive for their services, a compensation, which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office."
They have all failed to uphold the Constitution of the United States by redering it hurt in their decision's concerning the 1st and 2nd amendments to the Constiution.
(A)Concerning the 1st amendment, they failed to interpret it as it has always been since it's writing, and did not strike down a law passed by Congress that directly violates free speech protection.
(B)Concerning the 2nd amendment, they failed to interpret it as it has always been since it's writing, and did not strike down a lower Court ruling that directly contradicted the right of the people to keep and bear arms.
