Indict Vladimir Putin as a war criminal

The above named renegade has aggitated and now attempted to pass into law the crass annexation of part of a neighbouring country. We need to learn the lessons of history and not appease this action in the hope that the tyrant will just go away. History tells us that this does not happen- a tyrant appeased becomes braver and wants ever more territorial aggrandisement,

International law needs to be re-asserted. The free world should not flinch from laying the blame for the present situation squarely with the Russian President, and having him brought before the international court.
