Dr. Jason Kozinski, currently the coordinator of MAC2311 (Calculus I) at the University of Florida, teaches and administers his course iniquitously. His tests intentionally cover topics beyond those discussed in lectures. Furthermore, many students cannot finish them in the time allotted. He is critical towards students who utilize outside sources to strengthen their knowledge of calculus and prepare for his exams.
Dr. Kozinskis behavior reflects poorly on the University of Florida, which claims to hold itself to a high standard of education. Students who put in appropriate time and effort should not have to take this course more than once to receive a passing grade.
The fact that he his contract has been renewed shows that the administration is not aware of his behaviors and actions. We, the Undersigned, intend to make these problems known so that they may be corrected.
