Justice For Bill Norris, Jesse Burks, and Harold Arnett

This is a petition for the story of the murder of three respected members of the Bossier City, LA, Bill Norris, Jesse Burks, and Harold Arnett, to be featured on America's Most Wanted. It is possible that we may need the help of millions of AMW viewers to catch the slimeball who committed these senseless actions, and in case we do, I would like to get a movement of all of your voices started.

I am only looking for signatures of those of you who knew these three great human beings.
